- Substitute or make-up classes are not permitted if the student misses their designated Live Zoom session; however, students will be able to review and watch the recording of the Live Zoom session they missed through the LMS platform.

- The course consists of 2 weeks of recorded lectures, supplemented by 2 weeks of Live Zoom sessions. The recorded lectures can be viewed multiple times at the convenience of the students, allowing for repetition of the material. Following the recorded lectures, the teacher will interact with the students in the Live Zoom sessions to reinforce the learning content from the recorded lectures.

Dennis Liu grew up in New Jersey. In high school, he excelled in leadership in various ways, including as the editor-in-chief of the high school newspaper and founder of the Latin club. He attended college at Cornell University majoring in economics, minoring in computer science and completing premed requirements. After graduating, he attended Fuller Graduate School in Los Angeles earning a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies. While completing his master’s program, he has faithfully served in a church for 23 years. Meanwhile, Dennis has especially been committed to helping youth become their best selves in every respect and move forward into their destinies.

The TransGlobal Education Online Course is a pre-recorded course. Students will receive an email after completing the payment registration and will be prompted to set up their personal learning platform account (Learning Management System) before they can start their classes. You can also watch the course repeatedly as many times as needed.
Each student has a dedicated personal learning account. In their LMS learning system account, students can personally email their teacher, or leave messages. Additionally, we also offer live, online course Q&A sessions. Each student is provided with their teacher’s online Q&A schedule (they can differ from other teachers depending on the course subject). In general, we also have an open online Q&A period from Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (West Coast time), and one on Saturday from 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM.

- The full tuition fee may be refunded to those who apply for a refund up to one week prior to the start of the course. There will be a $30 charge assessed for processing fee.
- After the class has started, refund requests will not be accepted; however, you may retain the credit for future classes.
